Q: So what is this CPP Membership?
A: The CPP membership or better know as customer protection plan is a plan we provide to all of our customer should they choose to opt into it. This plan provides priority customer support, 10% discount on all jobs and as always quality workmanship of the The Toronto Plumber .CA

Q: What is the cost and the term of the CPP Membership?
A: There is no term. The membership is something you get for lifetime for only one payment of $99 dollars. Our membership is pay-ones and never bother again, this means if you move to a new house so does your membership and there is no transfer fee or anything hidden that will prompt you to pay more. And as mentioned before you get great features for life.

Q: What is the difference between a CPP Membership holder vs non-CPP client?
A: All of our CPP membership holders get the VIP priority. That means that ones you give us a call you are put in high priority que vs our standard calls, all CPP holders get priority service on top of 10% discount on all services.

Q: Can I cancel my CPP Membership?
A: Sadly that is not possible, CPP membership is one-time payment that is non refundable. However we don’t believe anyone will want to cancel this great plan allowing you to save money and get higher support priority.

Q: Can I transfer my membership to someone else?
A: At this moment we do not provide membership transfers. However stay tuned for near future when we may offer such service.

Q: How do I get CPP Membership?
A: Simply note to one of our plumbers during your service call that you would like to get CPP membership and they will register you for it. It’s that easy, you pay for the membership and we handle the rest.

Q: Do I need to provide any information like Membership ID?
A: No. Ones you pay for the CPP membership we will see this information on invoice brought back to the office by the plumber at the end of the day, with this we will add you to our system. All you need to do as with all of our non-new customers is provide your phone number and your membership information will be presented to our dispatchers.
