Limited Service Warranty

- "The Toronto Plumber .CA" limited service warranty warrants its workmanship to be free of defects for duration of 30 days after installation. This warranty does not cover faults caused by misuse, negligence, or damages caused by natural disasters. There is no warranty on drain cleaning, all drain cleaning is final and is not covered by warranty. A manufacture warranty shall supersede “The Toronto Plumber .CA” warranty. Any and all manufacturer warranties shall be handled by client with the manufacturer.

- Client shall hold “The Toronto Plumber .CA”, its employees and agents harmless in the event of failure to abide to section 2.b, client shall hold “The Toronto Plumber .CA”, its employees and agents harmless in the event of damage that may result from failure to abide to section 2.b rules, and regulations.

- “The Toronto Plumber .CA” shall not be liable for water damage or other damages related from any defects or delay in responding to a warranty claim. Clients is hereby responsible to take needed steps and actions to minimize any and all damages.

- “The Toronto Plumber .CA” shall not be liable for lost profits, incidents, and all damages resulting from and work performed or any problem, whenever or not covered by “LIMITED SERVICE WARRANTY”. “The Toronto Plumber .CA” liability under this warranty is limited to replacement or repair.

- “The Toronto Plumber .CA” warranty does not cover any manufacturer's related defects or any damages that may be caused as a result of a manufacturing defect.

- “The Toronto Plumber .CA” will not honor its “LIMITED SERVICE WARRANTY” if evidence of external or 3^rdparty repair or tampering with previous work, service, equipment or units is found or if there is an indication of tampering or attempted repair.

- “The Toronto Plumber .CA” warranty does not cover drain cleaning, drain unclogging extending to all drain fixtures on site, such services are final and therefore are not covered under the warranty.
