COVID-19: Important Statement and Changes

The Toronto Plumber .CA is committed to providing Plumbing and Drainage services in effort to keep our Customers and Staff safe during the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic we are taking needed Personal Safety precautions. Do too limitations outside of our control our Hours of Operation will be temporarily changed in order to reflect the hours set forth by Plumbing Suppliers.

We at The Toronto Plumber .CA are closely monitoring the state of COVID-19 pandemic and the effects it is having on global scales. We are also monitoring Federal and Provincial Government mandates that are being put in place in order to minimize the spread of COVID-19, at this time we are continuing to stay open and offer Plumbing and Drainage services, unless otherwise forbidden by the Federal or Provincial government mandates.

In order to keep our Staff and Customers safe we have applied some Personal Protection and Wellbeing guidelines; these guidelines are as followed:

1. Clean hands well with soap, minimum 20 seconds.
2. Stay 6ft away from person that is Sneezing and or Coughing.
3. Limit contact with high traffic surfaces such as door handles.
4. Wear disposable nitrate gloves.
5. Use Alcohol based hand sanitizer when Soap is not available.
6. Stay home when sick.

We ask that our Customers advise us of any special requirements that may have and advise us of any potential Health hazard to our Staff (ex: Customer was in contact with someone who may have COVID-19or travelled). We will use our discretion to accommodate our Customer requests as well as keep everyone safe and sound.

Effecting immediately (March 22nd, 2020) The Toronto Plumber .CA is suspending all emergency and after-hours services and reducing the operational hours. The new hours are as followed:

Furthermore, to minimize exposure we will temporarily stop accepting “Cheques” in order to avoid high foot traffic areas such as banks that are also on the grim of closure. We will continue to accept Debit, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
