Under the terms of the Subsidy Program a single-family, duplex and triplex residential homes are capable of getting back a "one-time" rebate from the City of Toronto for the Installation of the Backwater Valve. This rebate is 80% of the invoice cost, upto maximum of $1,250 per proerty.
